ingredients: (For 4 people)
- 400 gr Malloreddus
(see basic recipe)
- 1 onion
- 100 grams of fat
- 150 gr of mixed beef and pork meat
- 100 gr Sardinian sausage
- little red pepper
- 1 glass of white wine from Oristano (dry)
- un poco di prezzemolo
- 1 clove of garlic
- 800 gr of chopped tomatoes
- 80 gr grated Sardinian pecorino cheese
prepare Malloreddus (see basic recipe).
Chop together the lard, garlic and onion and fry in a pan or casserole.
Mince the meat, the sausage, the parsley, the basil and the sage together and add to the sauté together with the chilli pepper.
Add the white wine and let it consume.
Sift the pulp of the tomatoes, add it to the meat sauce, add salt and pepper and continue cooking over medium heat and covered container for 1 now approx.
A 20 min. about from the end, throw the gnocchi in abundant salted water just in boiling, cook and drain after, in fact, 20 min. about.
Sprinkle with grated pecorino and season with the sauce.
