Spaghetti recipe with bottarga
Spaghittos cun buttariga
Pasta, rice, gnocchi, polenta, couscous and rutting
Cooking recipe, from the culinary tradition of the Italian regions.
- 400 g spaghetti
- grated bottarga
- olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- chopped parsley
Sauté the garlic in a pan with olive oil and then add the red pepper; cook. Pour into the pan and let the spaghetti mix well over low heat.
Finally, add in every dish raw parsley, a generous dose of grated bottarga and serve.
