The Castle of Rivoli (unfinished Savoy palace designed by Juvarra) houses the Museum of Contemporary Art, from 1984, he has organized several exhibitions a year, all of the latest forms of contemporary visual arts or individual authors.
Also from 1984, there is a permanent collection that is increased through acquisitions, donations and even long-term loans.
The works in the collection are displayed in rotation.
The castle also features a rich specialized library which, among other things, is powered by an international network of exchange of exhibition catalogs with similar institutions.
The museum is set on the restoration and renovation of the spaces designed by architect Andrea Bruno.
The castle is in a dominant position over the area, and is the easternmost emergency of greater cord of Hill of Rivoli.
